The Company : A Client of Antal International
A Reputed Education Institution Having 100 + centers across India with its corporate Office at Chennai
In-charge of all the sales activities for the division.
Create Regional and National Marketing campaigns targeting various segments of schools.
Develop and Manage Direct Marketing and Lead Acquisition process.
Lead Generation through ATL, BTL and Tele-Marketing.
Create & Manage a central tele-marketing hub. Develop sales collaterals.
Support schools with Marketing process training, content delivery to help achieve sales target.
Choosing the right product mix for maximum profitability.
15-20 years of Experience in Education Sector, mostly B 2 B sales to schools and Colleges
Graduate with MBA required
Matured and exposed to marketing Pan-India.
A good planner and a street smart executor too.
Good Presentation & Communication skills.
Resourceful - Good contacts in education industry especially among schools.
Aware of technology -VSAT would be advantageous.
Capable of handling a team of 4 Direct Reportees and 90 Indirect Reportees.
Need to travel extensively across India.
