Maintaining various internal databases and reports on a periodic basis and delivering within the deadline. Delivery of various commentaries on a periodic basis, covering different regions, sectors or geographies. Competitive analysis of various mutual fund firms and their products. Quality:
Ensure NIL errors and high data credibility. Ensure that the work is peer reviewed and supervisor before it goes out to partners.
Partner engagement:
Support the partners in achieving their business objectives. Proactively build relationships with the business partner. Technical proficiency:
Become proficient in using all the internal and external data mining tools. Attend trainings where ever required.
Essential Skills required:
Incumbent should have a flair for investment research and good analytical skills. He/she must have good interpersonal skills, ability to manage work flow and focus oriented towards business partners.
Education and Experience: Professional financial education and 2-5 years of experience with more than half of it in investment research fields.
Skills/Knowledge: Good spreadsheet experience. Tools and databases used in investment banking like Bloomberg, etc., Knowledge of Microsoft products preferred. He/she should have a proven ability to work in a team of professionally qualified individuals.
