We are pleased to introduce ourself as a reputed Personnel Search Agency based at Delhi by the name of OPTIONS INDIA .We handle recruitments in the FMCG industry and have catered to companies like- ITC Limited, Nestle India, Dabur, Pepsico, Frito Lay India, 3M, Agrotech Foods, Johnson & Johnson, Reckitt Benckiser, TATA Tea, Perfetti, Glaxo Smithkline etc.

We are currently looking for an AREA SALES MANAGER- MUMBAI position with the topmost Beverages MNC in India. The position is to be based at MUMBAI.

Candidate Profile :

•         An MBA with about 3-5 years experience in Channel Sales and distribution management in a Reputed FMCG/ Beverages/ Drinking Water Company.
•         Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships
•         Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills
•         Manage ambiguity
•         Excellent analytical abilities
 
The candidate must demonstrate a sound experience in Sales and Distribution Management, as also a sound understanding of his operating business environment. Should have strong communication/interpersonal skills with the ablity to think and operate strategically towards taking effective business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
•                            1.Forecast and achieve the budgeted volume and market share for the given area.
                        2.Execute local level marketing activities and schemes, monitor competitor activities, key accounts, market
                           trends, opportunities and future prospects and build strategies accordingly in consultation with the Regional
                           Sales Head.
                        3.Ensure adherence to sales processes including Sales reporting, Target achievement reports for incentive
                           payouts, timely submission of expense accounts, settlement of schemes, etc.
                        4.Act as an interface with C/F, Wholesalers and the Company and provide excellent service to them. Ensure
                           brand / pack sales & availability by outlet in respective markets
                        5.Optimize distributor resource, resolve issues and claim settlements. Ensure customer complaints are
                           addressed within specified timeframes as per set procedure.
                        6.Operate within budgets and optimize spends
                        7.Ensure collections for own geography as per company policy.
