Administratively to: CEO of the Business.
There are two Businesses: Knits Business and MnB Business (Mens and Bottoms Business )
Main focus areas: Performance Management (Org. Structuring, JD, Goal Setting, Appraisals (mid-year and end year) Salary Reviews, Bonus Payouts
AND Capability Improvement (Training & Development) which includes identifying training needs, converting them into training plans and budgets, organising and delivering training programs.
Education: two year full time MBA from second tier business schools (XISS, Ranchi, Symbiosis, SCMHRD, MDI, LIBA, and other good Business Schools)
