Job Responsibilities include:-
· . Project-manage the design, coding, validation and execution of data analysis supporting various campaign fulfillment programs.
· Set up mechanisms to ensure error-free transition of customer qualification and posting procedures from third party vendor.
· Adopt a hands-on approach in interpreting complex campaigns and converting these into design specifications.
· Identify opportunities for improving data management practices, service delivery efficiencies and team collaboration; strategize/implement a new campaign fulfillment database and analysis platform.
Desired Skills:-
· Strong working knowledge of SAS/SQL and/or campaign management tools such as Unica, Affinium, etc. and databases such as Access, SQL Server, etc.
· Good knowledge of Information Systems development, with particular emphasis in the use of Business Intelligence and Reporting environments.
· Excellent communication skills..
· Hands on experience in SAS is necessary
