We are looking for Contract Analyst/Sr Analyst Company based at Bangalore
The candidate should have exp in checking on the contract from their top clients
- Preparing, modifying contracts
- Legal Aspects of the contracts/Invoice
- For the IT firm is must.
- This is US based Advisory firm.
Location: - Bangalore
Experience: - 1-8+yrs
Job Description:-
- Executing outsourced contract management for clients
- Review of contracts.
- Establish contract management processes for deals of high revenue
- Manage the contract on a daily basis, vetting of contracts, drafting of contracts
- Ensure the engagement's deliverable tracking process/system complies with the contract. Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution
- Software license agreement.
- Contract negotiation
- Contract abstraction
- Identify non-compliance issues and support their resolution
- Good language skills (required to understand contractual terms & interact with the client)
