Education: BE/MBA/MTech from reputed institutes
 

Job Responsibilities (Day to day requirement)

Participate in analytics solution building for Business Card portfolio.

Deliver on adhoc segment /portfolio analytics

Read and conduct financial evaluation of implemented test strategies.

Structure an unstructured business problem and find implementable solution.

Answering on spot senior management questions on the trends / numbers.

Partnering with domestic team on driving strategy analytics and  implementation

Exercising high degree of business understanding and independent decision making in internalizing business performance metrics and explaining variances.

Maintaining credibility of all analysis and processes

Need to work with minimal supervision and effectively with teams

Skills and Experience (Technical)

Subject matter expertise in business cards domain will be given priority.

Ability to understand business needs, diagnose performance issues, and develop recommendations through combination of data analysis and business critical thinking.

Basic understanding of business financials and ratios.

Creativity in finding solutions to business problems.

Strong SAS programming : ( Base and Macros), Unix, and SQL programming skills

Strong MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
