Position : Development Engineer Functional Parts,
Location: Germany - Regencyburg
Should be proficient in German Language atleast as Second Language
Responsibilities :
-Development of functional groups and components, taking into account internal and external
Freight / functional specifications as well as of project Mgmt.-systems
-Concept development, evaluation and selection by systematic methods of development
-Project-related series development in accordance with cost, quality and deadlines
-Calculation and design of components in the light of the overall system and its
Interfaces
-Creation of 3D assemblies and 3D models with the help of CAD system Pro/Engineer
-Responsible for tolerance tests of components and Assembly groups, taking into account
of the entire system and its interfaces
-Communication and collaboration with suppliers in the development process up to the technical
Selection of suppliers
-Presentation of the development status and results to internal and external partners
-Responsible for the technical documentation functional parts and function groups developed
-Expert in the use of plastics and elastomers materials and their
Manufacturing process
-Cooperation with the serial production support team in particular to the and after the SOP
The Person:
-Technical degree with experience in
-Design experience with elastomers and plastics
-Experience in calculation and design of plastic components and technical inspection
-Pro/Engineer knowledge
-Good knowledge of MS Office
-Good knowledge of English
-Team and communication skills
CTC : Starting from 40.000 Euros.
