CTC : 18 Lacs +
Graduate in Engineering with 15 yrs experience in manufacturing industries.
Should have vast knowledge in Design of Gears, Industrial Gear Boxes Design.
Should have Extensive knowledge in design and proficient in design softwares such as AutoCAD, Solid Edge, CATIA V5, UniGraphics, Pro/E, Inventor, and Solid Works. Should be Proficient in PDM softwares such as Pro/Intralink, Team Center, Solid Works PDM and familiar with DFEMA, FMEA, PFEMA, APQP and ISO/TS.Should have Proficient in analysis software's such as ANSYS, Pro/MECHANICA, Hyper Mesh.
Role: To plan, direct, organize, coordinate, and control all the functions of the Engineering Dept.
Job Description:
1. Confer with management, production, and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures.
2. Coordinate and direct projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
3. Analyze technology, resource needs, and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.
4. Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
5. Direct, review, and approve product design and changes.
6. Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
7. Responsible for data management and Client Interaction as single point of contact.
8. Re-Design and Cost reduction of NMEJ
9. Production planning, Trouble shooting of existing manufacturing process
10. Improved productivity through technology up gradation reducing TACT, process improvement.
11. Leadership skill and maintain Quality of work.
12. Team leader of continuous improve of team.
