General Management Trac

4-6 years of analytical/strategy work either at a consulting firm or a MNC.  This track will converge to Process & Knowledge or Practice Development or Marketing or Talent after the first two years of service.  Focus is to implement best in class solutions and bring quality deliverables to market.  Very strong written and oral communication skills along with an ability to lead a team by example.

Portfolio Management Trac

2-4 years of equity and business analysis with a reputed firm.  This track will lead to a portfolio manager position where you will be running specific strategies.  Strong analytic and writing skills and the ability to deal with ambiguous mandates.  Consulting folks can also apply to this track.
