Sr Manager-HR For a Leading MNC FMCG we are urgently looking for Sr Manager-HR-Mumbai .
Role Purpose:
- HR Strategy Consulting, Organisation Development and Talent Management functions.
- Lead a number of function specific solutions in Organisation effectiveness, Change Management, Process Reengineering, HR Transformation and Talent Management.
- Designing HR roadmaps by defining methodologies and solutions using HR industry best practices/World class frameworks to create and realise strategic HR value to Business.
- Accountable for leading and managing the entire project life cycle including stakeholder management, communication sessions.
Education:- MBA-Premier B-School-2003,2004, 2005, 2006 Batch.
