We are currently looking for an PLANT HEAD- position with the topmost Foods and Beverages MNC in India. The position is to be based at ALWAR (Rajasthan).

Candidate Profile :
B.Tech. – Mechanical / Production with 12-15 years of experience.Currently heading a plant as Plant Manager/ Works manager
Atleast 12+ years of experience in mainline FMCG/ Foods/Beverages/ Liquor categories
• Strategic thinking and ability to build strong partnerships
• Ability to collaborate with strong people management skills
• Manage ambiguity
• Excellent analytical abilities

Key Responsibilities :
1)Responsible for smooth running of plant operations.
2)Working closely with the teams across locations
3)Day to day planning for material procurement from other plants, production & dispatch planning as per customer requirements.
4)To take care of all the stated & implied needs of the customer.
5)Control on all business processes related to the plant, working in close association with marketing & finance teams.
Key skill set
1)Sound knowledge of production processes.
2)Good knowledge of Quality requirements / systems & customer support.
3)Should have the working knowledge of ppc including planning, logistics & dispatch.
4)Awareness of commercial functions like invoicing, excise & taxation etc.
5)Awareness about basic company laws & legal requirements.
6)Good management skills.
7)Good communication skills.
8)Good exposure to interaction with the customers.
9)Self driven & aggressive.
10)Good hands on exposure in shop floor.
11)Good basic IT skills to work on ERP.
12)Leading ability & ability to work under tight timelines & commitments.
