 Primary Objective:

    Business Development Manager shall lead and oversee the development and growth of profitable new business and to develop and maintain effective key agency relationships.
    This position will also ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy.

Reporting to: Sales and BD Head

Location:  Bangalore

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities



Ø  BDM the experience of the European market ( London & Netherlands ) with BFSI domain Mandatory


Ø  Keeping abreast of business trends for the WR
- Formulate Business Strategy and business planning for WR
- Assessing opportunities in the region
- Pursuits, pursuit planning, bidding and Supporting new customer acquisitions in WR
- Formulate win strategies to align to changing external environments in the domain and at customer/ competitor end
- Own bid/ no bid decisions for the WR
- Contribute to overall CRM strategies in the WR
- Support VBDH in developing pricing strategies for the domain solutions in WR
- Lead Generation, bid tracking and realization
- Promote effective marketing and sales communication strategy in the WR
- Competition analyses in WR
- CRM analysis in WR
- Win/ loss analysis in WR
- Revenue tracking and reporting, revenue gap analysis
- Establish BD collateral, maintain lessons learnt and risks in sales cycle

Qualifications:

·         Excellent communication and problem solving skills, outstanding customer service orientation

·         Ambitious, self-starter with the ability to multi-task and effectively manage priorities

·         Detail oriented & thorough, with ability to understand and identify the key trends and levers that drive the business

·         Ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities and reprioritize as necessary to align with current business objectives

·         Demonstrated performance in creation/execution of financial and business models required
