Designation : Sap Service Manager
JD : 10 yrs+ experience profile (max 17 yrs), should have 3+ yrs SAP product experience (SAP Product consulting or development etc)
Operational Vendor management experience (not purchasing sort of vendor management but IT service delivery related vendor management) – 3yrs+
Outsourced service delivery related to SAP applications support or non SAP application support
Excellent communication & presentation skills, ITIL framework understanding / certification
Experience : 10 – 17 Yrs
Location : Bangalore
