We are currently looking for a Sr.Manager- HR position with the topmost Beverages Conglomerate in India. The position is to be based at the plant in NCR region of Delhi.

Candidate Profile : An experienced manager having expertise in Plant HR & IR/ Regional HR functions. Ideally with 12+ yrs post qualification experience in Plant HR/ Regional HR setup in a big manufacturing company will be ideal.
Graduate with PG Degree in HRM (2 year Full time)
1 Develop strong business relationship with RMH/HM and leverage the relationships to deliver the people objectives and in the process also embed the Talent Management and Performance Management Ways
2 Monitor and action key performance indicators in support of business needs and HR strategic plan
4 Talent Acquisition - Acquiring talent at the right time, at the right cost while embedding best in class systems and processes including outcome focused orientation
5 Talent Development – Capturing and Execution of the individual development plans. Responsible for rolling out of all Capability Development initiatives for all levels up to Managers in the region
6 Accountable for engagement levels measured by OE scores and attrition levels. The focus will be on cascading of results and tracking the action plans through the unit HR managers
7 Own the roll out of the Performance Management Way in letter and spirit. Track and flash Goal Setting, 1-on-1’s, Reviews and Calibration
8 Align HR functions’ policies and practices with business needs. Interpret and monitor the application and compliance of HR policies and practices
9 Provide leadership and guidance to UHRM
10 Create a positive and fun environment, evaluate processes, and recommend solutions and alternatives
11 Enable and maintain a healthy Industrial relations scenario in the region
