Role Expectation
Being part of 'Business Performance Excellence' team, person is responsible for providing strategic partnership to India Business Leaders and On-shore Process Owners.
- In addition, this position would be expected to lead global level initiatives, which would demand operation management skills, technology and domain component.
- In addition, position is responsible for identification, development and delivery of process solutions in the delivery of new product/service introductions, business improvement and process standardization projects.

- Process Design
- Change Management
- Project Management
- Process Improvement Implementation / Execution
- Responsible for the completion of process assessment, design and enablement of a performance projects
- Leads programs or several projects of medium size or complexity
- Communicates milestone progress to management and business sponsors and key stakeholders
