Job Description
• Handling end to end Recruitment Life cycle for Permanent Positions in any sector/industry like:- Finance, Automobile, Telecom, Technical, Oil & Gas, IT, FMCG
• Account Management, Client relationship, and Responsible for delivery
• Generating business from clients
• Job Posting in Job Portals like Naukri.com, Monster.com and professional networking sites like Linkedin
• Sourcing Resume through Job Portals, Social Networking Sites, Through Reference, cold calling or Head Hunting.
• Coordinating for Interviews with candidates and client
• Getting Feedback from clients
• Salary negotiations with candidates and clients
• Reporting on weekly and monthly basis.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Good communication skills
• Candidate should have 1 to 3 yrs of experience in any sector recruitment.
• Knowledge of recruitment life cycle.
• Sound experience of job portal like Naurki and monster.
• People Management and client management
