Key Skills:
Technical Requirement
• Java, must have worked with versions 1.4, 1.5 (5.0/Tiger) & 1.6 (6.0/Mustang)
• Very good knowledge of web servers, application containers & servlet container
• Administraton / tuning skills with Apache Tomcat & Apache HTTP Server is highly desirable.
• Very good understanding of concepts in cloud computing.
• Proficient with Spring Framework. Must be able to start on day 1 with
o Spring IOC
o Spring AOP
o Spring MVC
• Must have prior experience in developing & consuming either SOAP based services or REST based services.
Direct experience with the Apache Axis2 framework will be an added advantage
• Must have experience of building J2EE web applications (Servlets / JSP)
• Must be competent in data access technologies. JDBC is must. Ibatis/Mybatis is even better.
• Must have worked extensively in Junit to an extent where he/she can mentor engineers in the team to write effective test cases.
• Must be very hands on being able to work with UNIX / UNIX based operating systems.
